| Is it possible to set up subdomains? Do you need the professional level account? The button in my control panel is grayed out, so I was wondering if I didn't have that permission or if that feature is not supported. |

Subdomains all need to be set up in the domain registrar's dns. They require A, PTR and CNAME entries. On the server you will need to set up virtual host directory entries either in httpd.conf, or safer as individual files in the vhosts.d folder. You will need to use NameVirtualHost entries. You need to read the Apache manuals as this is quite complex, and incorrect configuration can destroy your security.
