I will be the instructor and the topics will will be covering will be:

acquiring the right domain names,
where they should be purchased,
what mistakes people make in setting up domain names,
how they are different from hosting arrangements,
what people should look for in hosting ,
what options are available,
what tools can be used to develop web sites,
what development of a site is likely to cost, and
what the differences are between different development approaches.

These are issues that come up from time to time, particularly when we are talking to new participants, whom we seem to have quite a few of these days, and they have not been discussed in a long time.
