Isn't there an easy way to backup a domain's content (at least the httpdocs subfolder) to a single file like ZIP, GZIP, GZ,TAR, etc. from the Plesk Control Panel, then either download or have it emailed ?
I've looked in the Domain services area, but don't see any utilities for backing up in the Main or File Management areas.
Thanks ~ JP |

| I didn't see this post but we have back ups running. We don't have it turned on form a customer side. Most don't have the experience to know what to do and when we've tried it in the past it got to be messy so we just took it over and do it internally. |

Beth,
Sounds about as I expected - you doing the backups regularly on your end.
I am leaving 2 domains in someone else's hands and intended to give them needed logins and passwords along with a recent backup (that I didn't create), but I've made my own backup that should suffice if needed.
Thanks ~ JP |
