When I check my mail, my Norton AV pops up a dialog box with this message. I cannot get mail until I clear the box. Norton says to remove privacy control (this bothers me!) to avoid the problem. I have done so, but still have the issue.

The problem is that my mail connection stops until I have cleared the dialog box.

Is there a solution for this by changing setings somewhere?

Hi Dick,

Just need you to give me a call on this one. We aren't sure what your refereing too but haven't had any other reports on it. So i'm sure its a setting just need alot more detail.

I'll talk to you tomorrow.

Charlie made some adjustments on the new server and its security certificate, please let me know. If this is still having an issue.
