If you get this error, chance are the IP assigned to you by your ISP is on a black list. One way to fix this is to restart your modem, dsl modem, cable modem and see if it will assign you a new IP.

These are filters that keep spam down and you have been assigned an IP from you service provider that has been used to send spam/virus/trojans.

One way to avoid this request a dedicated IP from your provider.

Make sure you have scanned your computer for viral/trojan activity

You can go to the company who lists your IP address and ask to be removed.

If you are not sure what list you are on you can use telnet to find out.
got to the command prompt on your windows computer (start, run and type cmd)

then type

telnet yourdomainname 25

and it will tell you what problem you are having is.
