Your internet address has changed since the beginning of your mail session. To protect your security, you must log in again

I've had a few of you ask this about the new webmail system. I added here.

This is a caching and cookie issue. Close the browser window and see if that fixes it

If that doesn't go to tool and options and clear your temp internet files. Close the browswer again. Open a new window and that should fix it.

I had a second customer add to this

What it is is that the user was using AOL’s browser not IE. In other words, AOL does the dial up, provides their proprietary AOL screen and within that AOL screen, they use AOL’s browser, the error occurs. However, if while they are hooked up, they minimize the AOL screen and bring up IE, it works fine
