Since late Monday/early Tuesday, my site has been inaccessible to me from both home and work. I get a 500 error when I try to access it.

Apache/2.0.46 (Red Hat) Server at www.exick.org Port 80 |
I am able to get to my new control panel through port 8443 (only from home due to the company firewall at work). I was going to check the server log this morning before I left for work, but I didn't get a chance. When I ping the site from either home or work, it comes back with the correct IP (and a successful ping) so I don't believe it's a DNS problem. Could someone look into this for me? Thanks.

When trying to edit with Front Page, I can edit the wysiwyg screen, but I cannot access the files behind the webpage. It is not accepting the website password. I need the files to finish my e-newsletter.
Please contact techsupport@actwd.com and let them know what username and password you are using as well as your web address.
It may be that your using the wrong information. Or that extensions may need to be reset. |
