We recently have been receiving alot of calls about people not being able to log in to their Email accounts. In each case it was the caller forgot that the log in is case sensitive. If you used a capital letter, for example Jim, you use use the username of Jim no jim.

Also, as a way of a reminder if you forget your mail log in and remember you login for the control panel you can always reset the password as well and confirm you spelling of the username.

These two little tips/tricks will save you time and frustration.
