What do we have to do to receive the new applications that come with the venus server? Is it included with our value package or do we have to pay extra?

I tried to install the Advanced Poll application and received a fatal error message from the server.

Here you go. This is what I get when I try to install the Advanced Poll from the Control Panel.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: sapp_include_path() in /usr/local/psa/var/cgitory/AdvancedPoll-2.2-4/forms/common.php on line 4

I get a simalar error when I try to install additional apps also.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: sapp_include_path() in /usr/local/psa/var/cgitory/gallery-1.4.4-1/forms/common.php on line 4

I'm not sure why, so I am having charlie look and letting plesk know too. Either way it will get fixed.

Plesk seems to indicate they fixed it.

You all want to try it? And let me know. This is all them, because apparently it was a bug of some sort /shrug

I was successfull in getting the three I tried to work. I hope you add more php programs to this section. Also some are a little tricky to figure out and a manual would be helpfull.
