Email going to old redirect addresses

My domain, eggartguild.org, has mailboxes set up for the guild board members. Every two years the board changes members. Because of that we have redirect set up so that emails addressed to the mailbox will be forwarded to the board member's personal Email address. Almost all of our mailbox redirect addresses were changed on or about June 10th. However, the old board members continue to receive emails directed to these mailboxes, while the new board members sometimes get a copy and sometimes do not. Is there any way I can have the addresses flushed from the server memory so that it will only use the current ones?

Specific example, President@eggartguild.org is being redirected to masteregger@yahoo.com, the Email address of our new President. However, the old President continues to receive Email at either (or both) of her addresses (diamondg@hughes.net and diamondg@direcway.com).

Second example, Membership@eggartguild.org should now be going to wmpmember@yahoo.com while eggshells@charter.net is still getting the emails.

While, I'm writing, some of the board members have indicated that when they get mail from the web site, they get 2 identical copies.

Hi,

The simpliest fix for this is to delete the mailbox and then reenter it with the right redirect. This will insure that the files update properly. There are times that we have seen that all the files don't properly update and only append.

Thanks, Beth. I've already blown away 3 of them and recreated them. I'm waiting to hear if that fixed the problem or not. I was hoping I wouldn't have to go there with the rest of them. (not that there are [b:596d12a811]that [/b:596d12a811]many!)
