The mysterious page rank.
It is a combination of the number of pages you have. Number of backward links, the amount of traffic you have. The number of times your website is picked out of the organic listings. and if the end user goes back to google seeking another listing. The way this is formulated is illusive at best. How to factor a site to increase pagerank is impossible to determine where as we have a website that has 300K pages with a page rank of 4 and one with only 2000 pages with a page rank of 5. The 2000 page site does about 500K unique ip's a month. The 300K website does about 400K unique ip's so it does not seem to be any reasoning to it. |
