Hi all,
My designer is telling me he is having problems getting dreamweaver (CS3) to upload. Years back he created the site and it has worked fine. We are now planning an extensive site facelift and while he (and I) can download our site to a local host, any edits we try to upload are being blocked as if we have do not have permission. Is there a number I could call or a step by step that will address these problems.

we are trying from both PC and Mac based systems

there are 2 things you need to check. One is if you are publishing to httpdocs not just the top level and 2 if you are in passive mode toggle it off. If you are NOT in passive mode, toggle it on.

PLease let us know if that does not fix the issue.

For me works, if I chose testing server and then I can upload and download files from web server.
