When we first started hosting our website with you, anti-virus was not available for the Value Plan. Since several of our mailbox users have had problems lately with viruses and Trojans in Email redirected from our site, I decided to check again. According to the Plan Features, you now offer anti-virus. How do I activate it for my domain (eggartguild.org)? When I look in Plesk to set it up, it tells me that Dr. Web is not installed and not running. Dr. Web is not available in my Application Vault.

Hi its done from a hard firewall on the outside.
Defnitions are updated as new virus's show up you may bet a few until the footprint is identified and then the rest are removed. So thats why you will get some. |
