w at one point had a few mailboxes with redirects. A couple of months ago I deleted all the mailboxes and redirects b/c of this issue...and now it is happening with the one existing redirect.

The problem is the redirect stops working after some point b/c the mailbox fills up (exceeds quota). So at times I may suddenly realize I haven't received all the *spam* and have to go and empty the webmail box.

One issue is that when it fills up I don't receive the message that the quota has been exceeded...so it may be a few months before I realize I am not receiving redirects.

The second issue is I tried to get rid of this issue a couple of months ago by deleting all mailboxes and redirects. Only adding one redirect for vette8t7@w with no mailbox enabled. Redirects worked...then I realized today I hadn't seen the redirected *spam*. Log into account mailbox and webmail are not enabled, but when I enabled the mail box and went in to webmail...there it was full and exceeded.

So, how can I have a redirect with no mailbox that will fill up?

I would need the domain name. or if you would Email techsupport@actwd.com

It should just be as simple as to uncheck the mailbox but i would need the domain to make sure that it was done correctly

Realized I hadn't received all the "junk" in my personal inbox.
Logged into plesk. Mailbox is disabled. Enabled mailbox. Logged into mail. 900 messages including the last one on 1-31 stating Quota exceeded. Went through and deleted/purged. Went back to Plesk, disabled mailbox.

I never receive the "over quota" message at my re-directed address.

The domain is w

Although Plesk thinks/shows mailbox is disabled...it is remaining enabled.
