| Email FAQs - How do I
access my email? |
|
If your email is
set up as a mail redirect (also called a mail forward) you
will receive that mail in the box you have set it to forward
to. For example, if you set box sales@yourdomain.com
to forward to yourname@aol.com all of mail addressed to
the sales address would go immediately to the aol
mailbox and would be accessed there.
If you have set up a mailbox you can access your email through
a mail program like Outlook Express or through our Webmail
interface.
To send and receive mail through Outlook Express you will need
to know the mailservers for your domain (provided in your
hosting set-up letter) and the userid and password for the
mailbox. The userid is the name of the mailbox.
For instance for the mailbox sales@yourdomain.com the
userid would be sales. The password would be
whatever password you set when you created the mailbox in
your control panel. For details on setting up
email in Outlook Express click here.
To send and receive mail through our Webmail
click here to reach our account management area.
Select Email Login from the left hand menu. Enter your
domain when prompted and click Go To Mail Login. At
the Webmail interface (an orange and grey window) type your
mail userid and password in the login screen. |
