Q: What is my user ID, password, and mail servers for a mailbox?
A: The user ID and password for a mailbox are set when a mailbox is setup. As a general rule, the user ID is going to be your whole email address. Ex. For mailbox info@yourdomain.com the user ID would be info@yourdomain.com. The password is whatever was entered when the mailbox was setup. If you forgot your password you will need to reset it in the Mail area (see How Do I Change An Email Box Password?). Passwords are encrypted after being entered and cannot be looked up in the Control Panel. Mail Servers, both incoming and outgoing, are mail.yourdomainname.com. Refer to your hosting setup letter if you are unsure what mail servers you should be using.
