Mailbox passwords are changed through the mail settings in the control panel.
First, you will need to access your control panel. After entering the username and password you will be brought to the main administration screen. (If you have multiple subscriptions in your control panel, make sure to select the domain associated with the mailbox you will be updating.)
Click on the Mail tab. You will see a list of all the mailboxes you have set up for your domain. Click on the mailbox that needs a new password.
You are now on the screen that will allow you to change your password. Please make sure to place the password in the Confirm password box as well or it will not save the changes.
We recommend using the Generate button so the password can remain secure and will be less likely to get hacked.
